Orders
History and order details
- Under My account → Orders you see all previous orders.
- Status, amount, date and detail view are available directly.
- Depending on status, you can download invoices, reorder or cancel.
Saved items
Wishlist for later decisions
- Products can be saved from the detail page.
- Stored items can be compared together later.
- The wishlist lets you move products back into the cart with little effort.
Service
Start returns from the account
- Returns are available under My account → Returns.
- Only suitable delivered orders can be used.
- Status and history stay visible inside the account area.
Profile
Update data and address
- Name, email address and related account data can be adjusted at any time.
- Delivery address and password can also be maintained.
- Valid data keeps checkout and service flows smooth.
